Day 13

Today at the dinner table my mamma was explaining to me how jery duty worked and how they asked you questions like "do you believe in the death penaty" and stuff like that.



I personally don't because I don't belive that the only person who should be able to decide rather someones life should be taken in God himself. I mean really, he brought you into this world I by golly, I'm pretty sure he should deside when and where to take you out! Besides, I think it's a bigger punishment if they rot in jail! How on earth can people think a punishment for a criminal is to let them live in luxury with Christ?! People who work all day and come home and read their bible dream of the day they'll will be united with god and criminals are just getting that handed that to them! I just think that that is the OPPOSIT of what should be going on.

Day 12

So I told you guys yesterday how this morning the 8th grade FCA leaders were going to share their testimony's with everybody, and let me tell you, it went AMAZING!!!! Like 15 something people became saved today, but there was one that I really, really like and basically it was about God places basically in front of you and seeing if you would the right thing for him and the right thing for you.

God I think likes to test our faith sometimes. He puts things in front of us to see if we will call him to help or if we try to just figure everything out in our own. Not that he's trying to be mean or anything, but he just wants to see if you, not have what it takes, but something a little along the lines of that. God loves us all and he sure does say it a lot in the bible, and God wants the best thing for us, and sometimes doing the best thing for us is breaking us down so that we will turn to him.

I encourage all of you to turn to God when something bad has happened to you, or even if your friend id going through a hard time, point them to God and help them along their journey to salvation

Day 11

This week at my school is something we call freedom week and what it is is this week where every morning before school actually starts, all the Christians come to celebrate and worship to Jesus Christ, and this morning we sang songs and and just prayed and really just danced around a lot, but what I'm really exited for is tomorrow! Were having this big huge breakfast and all of the 8th grade leaders are going to share their testaments with everyone and it got me thinking about, if I had to share my testimony, what I would say, so, tell me what you think...



My family is really like an ordinary family, we're all Christians (some more than others) and I was raised that way, but see, I thought I was a true Christians. like full out, living out for Christ, but when I went into the 6th grade and I went to FCA (Fellowship of Christan Athletes) and then I realized, I really didn't have any clue what Christ was. I mean, I knew he died on the cross to save us from sin, but I really had no idea how much more he was than that, so, from then on, I was officially saved... UNTIL I got to around middle of 7th grade!!! I really wasn't living it out for Christ at all, but then, one weekend, my best friend dragged me to this church retreat, I from there on, my life has never been the same! Thanks to her, my life has been so much happier! I mean really, I'm a prime example that if you just let Christ into your life, he will change forever!!! I was sad and unhappy and thought it was just living in the moment instead of looking at the bigger picture. I thought about this I long time ago about how life right now is like we're preparing to be born into heaven where we really live our lives, and how well we manage determines if we're born into heaven or into hell.



I'm going to encourage you guys to live like tomorrow you have to share you're testimony, but I would hope that you would make it a good massage rather than a bad one.

Day 10

Last night I had a super weird dream and it was about how I was the next Mother Marry and how I conseved Jesus in his human form and it really got he thinking about how truely amazing that women!

Think about it... this women was born without sin, destind to have the profoses child, and not only that, but she is like an icon for thousands of mothers out there! She lived it out for God ten times more than any of us could think posible. I was reading the bible and somwhere, it stated that these people were praying so much, that they phisicaly ingered themselves from being on their knees so much and left dents in their floor from praying in that one spot for so long. I can't even amagine having that long of a conversation with God, I mean, My prayers usually last up to 5 minets, 10 if I'm asking for somthing. HAHA!!! But really, people back then were so into God that literally spent every waking moment talking to him and living for him. Is it the culture that we've been born into that makes us forget what is truely important? Why arn't people of this decade getting ingerise from talking to God? Is it because people now have to work and earn money, or is it because they do't want to seem different from everyone else? I'm going to let you guys fill in the blank...

Day 9

OMG!!!!! I'm sooooo sorry everyone!!!! I haven't blogged in FOREVER because my mom and dad grounded me from the computer!!!!!! But now I'm back and ready to go!

We are constantly attempting to change our image. From tanning and whitening our teeth, to changing the color of our hair, we try to hide every little imperfection we see, trying to fix ourselves to reach perfection. Now I'm not saying don't take care of yourselves because, after all, the Lord lives inside of us and we are his temple, but what I'm saying is we tend to forget sometimes that the creator of the universe create each and every one of us with the up most time and care, and if he wanted you to have brown hair instead of red, I say by golly you keep every brown hair on your head! the world we are living in may tell us that the only way to be beautiful is to achieve perfection, but if we're beautiful in Gods eyes, just the way we are, why would we do we want to change?

I'm going to encourage all of you to just keep every little part of you just the way you are, because that is how our Lord created you, and for that reason alone out rules every other reason in between.

Day 8

Yesterday I watched the movie The Invention of Lying and it was really, really good, but one of the main things I liked about it was the guy in the movie made up this lie to his mother who was about to die and she was terrified because she thought the afterlife was just going to be a world of nothingness. So he told her that when she died, she would be welcomed into this wonderful place where she would get a fabulous mansion, and all of her friends and family would be there and the man in the sky would look after her up in that marvelous town.





I hear a lot of talk about how everyone is so panicked about 2012 and how they hope the day will never come and how they will never get to do all the things they plane to do, but honestly, not that I'm exited about death, but I can't wait until the world end. When the world ends, Jesus will show himself in his human form and come down to earth and take us all up to heaven with him! I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait until the day I get to be face to face with Jesus Christ and he can tell me, "GOOD WORK!" I can only imagine what that day will be like and how amazing it will be to finally be able to be up there with the man in the sky.


I hope you guys take what I've given you today and live today like you'll be meet Jesus tomorrow! Look forward to the day when you'll be living in that big old mansion! Live every day like you DESERVE that bog old mansion.

Day 7

I had a not so good day today and I've got a MAJOR headache and I;m just in a really bad mood! I felt bad all day because I could tell I was taking my bad mood out on everyone else around me and that just not how I want to act like that to my friends or my teachers.


I know we all have those days where we really just don't want to be nice to people and don't want to talk to anyone and just stay home from school and watch T.V all day, but we can't just bail on the people who need us and just escape from the world, God shows us each and every day that when someone isn't having a good day, they can still go through the day and even teach the word. God knows how we feel when were not have too hot of a day, but we need to show him that even when we aren't feeling our best that we love him and we can show it by teaching everyone around us his word and how amazing it is when you finally get to know him and his son Jesus!


I hope all of you today would go out there and preach how amazing it is to know God and to know that he will love you know matter what and that even on a bad day, with his strength at your site, you not only will be able to get through the day, but you just might change someones life in the process!

Day 6

Today I went to this thing at my school early in the morning called Pit Crew and basically what it is is a bible/prayer session. What we talked about was how people say " Oh, you must be one of those people of faith," but the truth is, everyone is a person of faith, it's just what you put your faith into that determines values.


Drugs, alcohol, sex, friends, popularity, even school can be one of the things you put in front of God, but the only way you can truly give your life up to Jesus, is if you put him and his father in the place of those things you put your faith in. Some people rely on getting high to make it through the day, but the honest to goodness truth is that just knowing that one day, if you're living the way you should be living, then you'll be welcomed into Gods kingdom, and that along for me, that right there is what gets me up in the morning. I can only start to imagine what heaven is going to be like and cant wait until he decides to bring me up there with him, but until that day when I join Jesus in his kingdom, I'm going to put him in front of all things, and I suggest you do the same!!!


I'm going to ask you guys to do what someone told me to do and that is to write down what your putting your faith in, and just rip it to shreds and dispose of it forever, and now, God will be what you put your faith in and the reason that you would wake up in the morning, with a simile on your face, and go out into this world of ours where people place ridiculous things in front of our God, and do if will!

Day 5

Today was a little better considering that it was early release, but one thing I heared that wasn't so great was that one of my friends had bought a $1000 ring for their week anniversary!!! We immediately told him to break up with that girl and not only get his ring back, but his money too!

Love is a wonderful and fabulous thing if you've got someone o share it with, but the thing I find funny is that people go places looking for love instead of it finding them. I understand that it feels wonderful to be in love and to have someone be in love with you, but it hurts 10 times worse when you like somebody who goes out with you and then breaks up with you the next day. You guys need to put your trust in God that he will find you that soul mate and the person you spend the rest of your life with! God knows who is the right match for you, so I sedgest you stop trying to find someone when, if your a true Christan, God will bring them to you.

I encourage you to put all of your faith into God and let him bring your soul mate to you. It will save you a lot of heart ack, and bring you a whole lot of happyness when you've finly got the right person in your arms.

Day 4

Today was a horrible day! I don't know why, but I lost three friends today! I didn't even do anything!!!! It goes to show you that you don't know what God has planed for you.


Gossip, drama, rumors, most of it is nothing but lies, but yet it joins one thing together, PEOPLE! That is really what most friends talk about, and if that's all you have in commen with someone, than odds are, your friendship wont last very long! Do you think God created us to talk about people and how awful their hair looks today or how ugly that outfit is? God created us so that he could have more Christians and followers of Christ up in heaven with him when the time comes. I mean really, he's the one that created Earth and everything in it, and if he just wanted people up in heaven with him, then he wouldn't even have created Earth, he would have just had everyone be up in heaven with him, but he doesn't just want to have some people up in heaven with him, he wants all people to be able to live in luxury forever when they die! That's our job...

I'm going to encourage all of you to reach out to that person you see siting by them self and just talk to them. Talk to them about Jesus and how he can work through them like he's working through you, and then, you just might make a new friend that you have more in commen with than just gossiping!

Day 3

Hey again everyone! I just got in from playing with my neighbor's grandson and man did he have me running!!!! I was EVERYWHERE! Front, back, sides... throwing baseballs, swinging on the swing, sliding down the slide, picking up baseballs, and REPEAT! I don't know how that little boy does it, and with a pacifier in his mouth! He was obviously taught well.


Have you ever stopped to think about what our grandkids going to be like? What about their grandkids? How well will we teach our kids? Will they know right from wrong? My mama was talking to me the other day about how much she worried about us and how her mama didn't worry nearly as much with all of her kids. I asked myself if it was because of the different atmosphere they were living in, or maybe people don't know right from wrong. I know that she raised my siblings and I right because we cherish the bible. People now a days only celebrate Christmas because of the presents, or Easter because of the candy, but that's not what these two holidays are about! They're here so we can celebrate the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ, not so we can go out and buy stuff! The children of today will still be here tomorrow, but what will tomorrow look like if we don't raise them right today?

I'm encouraging all of you to go out and get yourself a bible and read it to your kids or your even your grandkids. Try to raise your kids right, not only so they can raise theirs right, but so they can live right and the only way they can do this, is if they live for Jesus.

Day 2

Today I've been watching the news a lot and I just think it's so sad what people do to other human! Murders, kidnappings, shootings, please, someone explain to me why all of this and more is happening in the world! Why does God allow this horrible inhumane suffering to occur?

Some of the people in this world say they pray to God and that he would make Earth a happy and wonderful place where there were no murders, kidnappers, thief's, or pain for that matter, but for some odd reason, he wont listen. Listen up people of the Internet... it's not that he's not listening, it's just... why should he stop all of the crimes?! Think about it, if you were him, and you got all of these prayers about "world peace" and stuff like that, but all your seeing is people praying, no action to follow up on those prayers, would you have any urge to make it happen? I no I would like to see the day when our towns and cites were crime free, but God cant do it alone... well, he could, but I don't think he wants to.

I encourage you people to get out on the street and do what you see needs done! God has made it clear to us that he wont clean up our streets by himself, so if your one of those people who just pray, you're especially needed to not only get rid of the violence, but talk to the people on the street and teach them the word!

Day 1

Hello everyone, last week I desided to give my life up to Jesus, and so far, it's been hard, I'm not going to lie! You see, I'm still in school and to just go back to my old ways and just fit in with everyone one around me would be easy, but I think God is calling out to me and telling me to start this blog and teach the internet what he's all about! So... now to begin...

Some of you who don't know God personally are relying on other people to tell you what he's like, but people see him diffrently. If you ask one person what the Lord is like, he might say he's just sooo mean and that you have to do everything right and the first time you do somthing wrong he'll pounce on you like a cougar and you'll be doomed to a life in hell forever! Another person you ask might tell you that he doesn't care what you do, just as long as it makes you happy. The last person you ask might tell you that it doesn't matter what he's like and the only person that matters is yourself, because the person who knows you best is yourself, but the truth of the matter is, the only person who knows the most about God, is his one and only son, Jesus! If you want to get to know God, first, you've gat to get to know Jesus!

Today is the day I encourage you to invite Jesus into your life and let him take control and let him tell you what his father is like.
